About Us

Salika and Dan started the Green Papaya restaurant in Connecticut back in 2005. After nearly five years of hard work and success, they decided they wanted a change, so they sold the business and move to the beautiful coast of Maine. 

Now they have started a New Laotian and Thai restaurant in historic downtown Belfast overlooking Penobscot Bay. 

Still serving their famous Pad Thai, they will be adding Authentic Laotian favorites using local grown produce when available.
